Packaging & Distribution :


Individual packs are packed in cartons. Cartons are then sent throughout the county and overseas to a store near your house.

Flavouring Stage :


This is the stage at which we add your favorite spices and flavourings to the noodle block and pack them in airtight wrapping.

Cooling Stage :


In this stage, coated noodle blocks are cooled. After the blocks reach the right temperature, it goes for packaging.

Light Frying Stage :


Each block is cooked with excellent quality palm oil ensuring minimum quantity of oil is used.

Block Formation :


The thin wavy strips are then carefully folded and cut into blocks of precise shape and weight.

Steaming Process :


The long wavy noodle strips are then steamed at 100o C to get well cooked gelatinize and starch combine.

Cutting and Waving:


The dough sheets are finely cut into strips and waves are added to get that unique isntant noodles look.

Dough Compression :


In this stage, we press the dough till it becomes a sheet of dough to make it easier for cutting and waving.

Dough Preparation :


Once our quality control confirms the flour mixture is perfect, water and ingrideint are added and the dough is kneaded to make sure that each bite of indomie noodles hives you that yummy taste.

Wheat Selection :


There are different types of wheat and in indomie we carefully the finest wheat to get premium wheat flour.
