Detox Soup

Sweet Corn and Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Indomie Vegetable Flavor noodles
  • 1/4 cup sweet corn
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup spinach
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Cooking Instructions:

  1. In a medium pot, bring 2 1/2 cups of water to a boil. Add the Indomie Vegetable Flavor noodles and the seasoning packet. Cook for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the sweet corn, diced tomatoes, and spinach to the soup. Stir and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and add the lemon juice for a tangy kick. Serve warm with an optional garnish of parsley.
