Detox Soup

Sweet Corn and Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 packet Indomie Vegetable Flavor noodles
- 1/4 cup sweet corn
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup spinach
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Cooking Instructions:
- In a medium pot, bring 2 1/2 cups of water to a boil. Add the Indomie Vegetable Flavor noodles and the seasoning packet. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the sweet corn, diced tomatoes, and spinach to the soup. Stir and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add the lemon juice for a tangy kick. Serve warm with an optional garnish of parsley.
