Lentil and Curry Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 packet Indomie Curry noodles
- 1/2 cup cooked lentils
- 1/4 cup diced carrots
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a pot and sauté the diced carrots for 2-3 minutes.
- Add 2 cups of water, cooked lentils, and the noodles with the Curry seasoning. Stir well.
- Let the soup simmer for 10 minutes until the flavors are well combined and the carrots are tender.
- Serve hot with an optional drizzle of olive oil or a squeeze of lime.
