Lentil and Curry Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Indomie Curry noodles
  • 1/2 cup cooked lentils
  • 1/4 cup diced carrots
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot and sauté the diced carrots for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add 2 cups of water, cooked lentils, and the noodles with the Curry seasoning. Stir well.
  3. Let the soup simmer for 10 minutes until the flavors are well combined and the carrots are tender.
  4. Serve hot with an optional drizzle of olive oil or a squeeze of lime.
