Classic Chicken Noodle Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 packet Indomie Curry noodles
- 1/2 cup cooked lentils
- 1/4 cup diced potatoes
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander (chopped)
Cooking Instructions:
- In a large pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the Indomie Curry noodles and the seasoning packet.
- Add 2 cups of water, cooked lentils, and the noodles with the Curry seasoning. Stir well.
- Add the diced potatoes and shredded chicken to the pot. Let everything simmer for 10 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
- Serve the soup hot in bowls and garnish with freshly chopped coriander.
