Detox Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Indomie Vegetable Flavor noodles
  • /2 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup diced carrots
  • 1/4 cup fresh spinach
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a pot. Add the Indomie Vegetable Flavor noodles and seasoning. Cook for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the broccoli and diced carrots to the pot and simmer for 5 minutes until tender.
  3. Stir in the spinach and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Serve the soup in bowls with a squeeze of lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
