Indomie Custard with Cinnamon

Ingredients:

  • 5 Indomie packs
  • 1 ½ cup of water to boil Indomie
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 ½ cup whipped cream
  • ½ cup grated walnuts
  • ½ tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 ½cup sugar & 1 cup milk

Preparation :

Soak the raisins in water for half an hour and drain Add in a bowl the eggs with whipping the cream, milk and sugar Mix the mixture together, then add the walnuts and cinnamon and stir and set aside Put Indomie to boiling water for a minute and a half, and then add the raisins Place the Indomie on oily greased baking pan Add to the pan the raisins and egg mixture evenly Add the sugar in a bowl with the cinnamon and walnuts and stir together Pour the mixture on the noodles to covert then enter to the oven for half an hour Place a pan with water on the bottom to prevent the custard drought Serve warm
