Indomie is awarded the SASO (Saudi Arabia Standard Organization) certificate

Indomie has been awarded the Saudi Arabian Standards Organization license to using its quality mark on their instant noodles products under the brand name “Indomie” of the multiple following flavors: Curry Chicken, Chicken, Chicken Special, Chicken with Onions, Button Chicken, Fried Noodles, Fried Oriental, Shrimp, Seafood, Vegetables, Beef), due to its compliance with the Saudi standard specifications. Engineer Abdulgader Bawazir, Public Relations Director of Indomie. stated: “The company since its inception ensured applying the international and Saudi Arabia quality standards in all its production stages, to maintain the highest quality, which is the company’s primary objective. This enabled Indomie to acquire SASO certificates since 1998, which is renewed every six months under periodic visits and impromptu inspections by SASO officials who test and analyse our product/s. Indomie strived to work on developing its quality and obtained the ISO 22000 (Management Systems for Food Safety) certificate which is the prerequisite of obtaining the “HACCP.” This has all been able to be achieved with the constant support of our partners and proves the high quality offering of our products that match international standards.
