Detox Soup

Beef & Broccoli Ramen
Ingredients:
- 1 packet Indomie Special Chicken noodles
- 150g beef slices
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Cooking Instructions:
- Cook the Indomie Special Chicken noodles according to the packet instructions and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the beef slices and stir-fry until browned.
- Add the broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and the cornstarch slurry. Let the sauce thicken slightly.
- Toss in the cooked noodles, mix well, and serve warm for a hearty Iftar meal.
