Detox Soup

Ramen Noodle Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 packet Indomie Hot & Spicy noodles
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup julienned carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts (crushed)
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional, for extra spice)
Cooking Instructions:
- Cook the Indomie Hot & Spicy noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and let them cool completely.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, and the seasoning packet from the noodles until well combined.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled noodles, shredded cabbage, julienned carrots, and green onions.
- Pour the prepared dressing over the noodle mixture and toss everything together until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the salad with roasted peanuts, sesame seeds, and chili flakes if desired.
- Serve immediately for a fresh, crunchy, and spicy Pre-Ramadan salad.
