Detox Soup

Beef & Broccoli Ramen

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Indomie Special Chicken noodles
  • 150g beef slices
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Cook the Indomie Special Chicken noodles according to the packet instructions and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the beef slices and stir-fry until browned.
  3. Add the broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and the cornstarch slurry. Let the sauce thicken slightly.
  5. Toss in the cooked noodles, mix well, and serve warm for a hearty Iftar meal.
