Detox Soup

Carbonara Noodles
Ingredients:
- 1 packet Indomie Vegetable Flavor noodles
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup diced turkey bacon or beef bacon
- 1 tsp black pepper
Cooking Instructions:
- Cook the Indomie Vegetable Flavor noodles according to the package, but leave them slightly firm. Drain and set aside, keeping them hot.
- In a skillet, cook the diced bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, parmesan cheese, and black pepper. Ensure the mixture is smooth and set aside.
- Immediately toss the hot noodles with the egg mixture in the bowl. The heat from the noodles will gently cook the egg yolks, forming a creamy sauce. Add the crispy bacon and toss again.
- Serve warm for a rich and comforting Suhoor meal.
