Carbonara Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Indomie Vegetable Flavor noodles
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced turkey bacon or beef bacon
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Cook the Indomie Vegetable Flavor noodles according to the package, but leave them slightly firm. Drain and set aside, keeping them hot.
  2. In a skillet, cook the diced bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, parmesan cheese, and black pepper. Ensure the mixture is smooth and set aside.
  4. Immediately toss the hot noodles with the egg mixture in the bowl. The heat from the noodles will gently cook the egg yolks, forming a creamy sauce. Add the crispy bacon and toss again.
  5. Serve warm for a rich and comforting Suhoor meal.
