Detox Soup

Crunchy Mandarin Orange-Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 packet Indomie Fried Noodles
- 1 cup cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
- 1/2 cup mandarin orange segments (fresh or canned)
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds (toasted)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Cooking Instructions:
- Cook the Indomie Fried Noodles according to the package instructions, omitting the seasoning packet. Drain and let them cool.
- In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast the sliced almonds for 2-3 minutes until lightly golden. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil until well combined.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked and cooled noodles, shredded cabbage, mandarin orange segments, cooked chicken, green onions, toasted almonds, and sesame seeds.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss everything together until evenly coated.
- Plate the salad and serve immediately to enjoy the crunchy textures and sweet, tangy flavors.
