Ramen Noodle Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Indomie Hot & Spicy noodles
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup julienned carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts (crushed)
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional, for extra spice)

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Cook the Indomie Hot & Spicy noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and let them cool completely.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, and the seasoning packet from the noodles until well combined.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled noodles, shredded cabbage, julienned carrots, and green onions.
  4. Pour the prepared dressing over the noodle mixture and toss everything together until evenly coated.
  5. Sprinkle the salad with roasted peanuts, sesame seeds, and chili flakes if desired.
  6. Serve immediately for a fresh, crunchy, and spicy Pre-Ramadan salad.
